Friends Church?

You are welcome at Friends, whether church is familiar to you or you’re exploring faith for the first time. We are a church family committed to bringing people closer to God through His Word, genuine community, and the love of Jesus. You don’t need to have everything figured out to take a first step with us.

Join us Sunday at 8:00, 9:30, or 11:00 AM at 28857 Walnut St., Damascus, OH 44619. We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before service, especially if you’re checking in children for the first time. Our Parking Team can help you find a spot; families using Friends Kids should park in the west lot and use the west entrance for direct access to Kids check-in. Our team will help you get checked in, find your children’s spaces, and make your way to the Sanctuary.

Our Sunday Services last about 65 minutes and include worship, prayer, and a clear, practical message from God’s Word. We gather to worship Jesus and walk through Scripture together, discovering how His truth shapes everyday life. You’re welcome to participate as you feel comfortable as you get to know Friends. Our hope is that you leave encouraged to grow closer to God—called to Him and to people, equipped with truth and freedom, and sent to serve the church and love the world.

Complimentary brewed coffee is available in the lobby before service. Come a little early, grab a cup, and take a moment to meet someone or ask our team a question. You’re welcome to bring your coffee into service. We hope the time around the table and in the lobby helps Friends begin to feel like home.

Friends Kids is available during all three Sunday Services—8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 AM—for babies through 5th grade. Children learn about Jesus, grow in faith, and build friendships in a fun, safe environment. For your first visit, arrive about 15 minutes early and use the west parking lot and west entrance; our team will help with check-in and guide your children to their appropriate spaces. Students in 6th–12th grade can connect with Friends Youth at the 11:00 AM service, gathering in the North Lobby before worshiping together in the Sanctuary. If you need to step out of service, a private mothers room with the service stream is available for moms with little ones.
